All orders are to be shipped from this location within 5 business days. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not considered Business Days. Please, allow 7-14 Business days to receive your item after your payment has cleared.

What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with an item for any reason, it can be returned unworn within 14 days of confirmed delivery date for an exchange or merchandise credit. Sorry, no cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us for return instructions.
* All returns must have a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any item returned without a valid RMA number will be rejected/returned.
* Returned items must be in their original condition and include all original documents & gift boxes.
* Items that have been worn, altered and/or damaged by the buyer/user will not be accepted.
* Shipping, handling and insurance costs are non refundable.
* We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.Insurance is highly recommended for this reason.

Do you offer Sizing with your Sterling Silver Rings?
With our Sterling Silver Settings- All rings are Pre-made. Sizes are listed on each listing. Most of our sterling rings range in size 5 through 9 unless otherwise stated. We carry whole sizes only. At checkout please state your ring size in the white box "Notes to Seller". Most Rings you can have re-sized by a local jeweler depending on if there is enough room on the ring to re-size.
